This study was action research (Action Research) aimed to studied the volume of services received and the waiting time of outpatient services. Yang Talad Hospital Kalasin Province and study the model for developing the outpatient service system. Data analysis by Frequency Distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation (S.D.) and Dependent t - test and content analysis.

Comprehensive of activities to reduce the waiting time of service providers in the hospital ward.
