Abstract

     This study aims to design an algorithm to use Facebook's online social data. Chatbot is used to benefit health information services. By using the information obtained to design and develop a Chatbot to make it convenient for those who use the service to inquire about information and knowledge about diseases and health hazards. Consulting Complaints about service behavior The researcher therefore developed a Chatbot system on the Facebook Messenger platform using lean system management approaches to help in design and development. Link data to increase work efficiency for continuous development.

     The results of the study found that it was possible to reduce the waiting time by 1,596 minutes, accounting for 97.65 percent of the overall user group. Satisfaction was at the highest level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.75, S.D. = 0.57) and the system was able to respond quickly with the highest mean score (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.67, S.D. = 0.58).
