Abstract

     This qualitative research Use the model in conjunction with participatory action research. It is a selective random sampling (Purposive Sampling). The objective is to study the way of life. Health awareness and self-care and health care guidelines for high blood pressure patients at risk of stroke and develop a health care model for hypertensive patients at risk of stroke in the Area of  Manang District, Satun Province. The research co-operators consisted of 15 at-risk hypertension patients and 30 related persons. Data were collected by structured interviews, focus group discussions and participant observation. The qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. and quantitative analysis find frequency and percentage The results of the research found that From 15 patients, it was found that there were at-risk patients, lifestyle, health status awareness and self-care.
