Abstract

     This study was case study with the objective of a comparative study. The doctor sent it home. Duration of treatment 3 days. Case study 2, female, 14 years old. The main symptom was a fever, which occurred 4 days before coming to the hospital. While receiving treatment, she had a fever and abdominal pain. Complications occurred during treatment, including shock, fluid retention, and anemia. with pneumonia Treated with antibiotics Give fluids and blood together with oxygen Receive care to correct complications. The patient's condition gradually improved. The doctor sent it home. Duration of treatment 5 days.
