This study was 2 case study aimed 1.) To practice nursing care cataract surgery patients and Intraocular lens in kalasin hospital. 2.) Keep patients safe from complications during treatment at the hospital. storage cards medical records of cataract surgery patients and intraocular lens at the service who underwent operative room building at kalasin hospital data were collected during the past 3 month in January 2023 to March 2023.
The results showed that all 2 patients. The problem is the same and different after the study was to analyze the issues nursing and is defined as concept and nursing diagnoses nursing process defined as covering both the physical, mental, emotional and social. As well as the skill, experience and expertise in the care of cataract surgery patients and intraocular lens used. Found that the of patient was safe and had no complications.
