Development of Nursing Guidelines for Septic Shock Patients in In-Patient Work at Dong Luang Hospital Mukdahan Province Year 2023.

Abstract

     This research is research and development. The objective is to study the situation of Septic Shock patients and develop nursing guidelines for Septic Shock patients in inpatient work at Dong Luang Hospital. Mukdahan Province, year 2023 is a research and development project with a study period between January 2023 and December 2023, a total of 12 months. The sample group includes Septic Shock patients who receive services at the inpatient building. Dong Luang Hospital Mukdahan Province, year 2023. Data were collected by questionnaires and medical records. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Dependent t - test and content analysis.

     The results of the study found that the feasibility of nursing practice for Septic Shock patients in inpatient work at Dong Luang Hospital Mukdahan Province Before operation Overall and each aspect was at a moderate level after operations. Overall and each aspect at the highest level Satisfaction of inpatient nurses with the model for developing nursing guidelines for Septic Shock patients, inpatient work, Dong Luang Hospital.
