NURSING CARE OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS WITH MEDICATION COMPLICATIONS : CASES STUDY 2 CASES

This study was case study aimed to compare nursing of patients with Tuberculosis (TB) with drug-related complications. Compare nursing of patient with hepatitis from anti-TB drugs in Outpatient Department. There are two case. The study instruments consisted of (1) Medical record (2) History taking (3) Observation .The collected data were analyzed by comparing Health pattern ,Pathology, Signs and Symptoms ,Treatment ,Nursing Diagnosis and Nursing care plan.
The study found that in the first case, 46-year-old Thai men presented with fatigue, nausea vomiting for two days after receiving anti-TB drugs for ten days. He were diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis with drug-induced hepatitis., and in the second case, 67-year old Thai women presented with fatigue, nausea vomiting ,yellow eyes and skin and loss of appetite after receiving anti-TB drugs for 7 days. She were diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis with drug-induced hepatitis.
