Model for developing guidelines for NCD patients care through to home medicine delivery system in Buakhao Subdistrict, Kuchinarai District. Kalasin Province

Abstract

     This study was action research. The objective is to study the situation of patients with chronic diseases using home drug delivery systems. and a model for developing guidelines for caring for chronically ill patients through a home medicine delivery system in Buakhao Subdistrict, Kuchinarai District. Kalasin Province It is an action research (Action Research) with a research period. Between October - December 2023, total 3 months. Sample size were 983 patients with type 2 diabetes who received services according to the guidelines for providing home medicine delivery services for patients with type 2 diabetes at Somdet Phra Yupparat Kuchinarai Hospital. Kalasin Province. Data collected from questionnaires and medical records. Data analyzed by Content analysis (Content Analysis) frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

     The results of the study found that after Fasting blood sugar (FBS) was normal at 37.03 percent and HemoglobinA1C (HbA1c) was 40.48 percent. In addition, it was found that Diabetic patients with Fasting blood sugar (FBS) less than 180 mg% (n = 886) Fasting blood sugar (FBS) normal 41.08% and HemoglobinA1C (HbA1c) 44.92% Health behavior of patients with chronic disease through home drug delivery system in Buakhao Subdistrict, Kuchinarai District Kalasin Province Overall and each aspect Is at an appropriate level and compares the health behavior of patients with chronic diseases through the home drug delivery system in Buakhao Subdistrict, Kuchinarai District Kalasin Province Overall and each aspect Before and after operation There was a statistical significant difference at the .05 level. After the operation, there was an average score of health behavior for chronic disease patients through the home medicine delivery system in Buakhao Subdistrict, Kuchinarai District. Kalasin Province Better than before operation.
