Model of reducing postpartum complications for mothers and infants Kuchinarai Crown Prince Hospital.

Abstract

     This study was participatory action research. (Participatory Action Research: PAR) aims to study the service context of delivery room work. and a model for reducing postpartum complications for mothers and infants Kuchinarai Crown Prince Hospital. The research period is between October 2022 and September 2023, a total of 12 months. Sample size were 13 personnel working in the delivery room at Kuchinarai Crown Prince Hospital and is related to reducing complications for mothers and infants after birth. Kuchinarai Crown Prince Hospital. Data were collected from questionnaires. and medical records Data analyzed by Content analysis: frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and Dependent t - test.

     The results of the study found that the comprehensive of personnel in reducing complications for mothers and infants after giving birth in the delivery room at Kuchinarai Crown Prince Hospital. Before the operation Overall and each aspect is at a moderate level after operation Overall and each aspect at the highest level. And comprehensive of personnel in reducing postpartum complications for mothers and infants in the delivery room at Kuchinarai Crown Prince Hospital. Before and after operation Overall and each aspect are different. Statistically significant at the .05 level, after the operation, there was an average score of comprehensive of personnel in reducing complications for mothers and infants after childbirth in the delivery room at Kuchinarai Crown Prince Hospital than before the operation
