This study was action research with the objective of studying behavior to prevent complications from premature birth. of pregnant women and study the model of care for pregnant women to prevent premature birth in Na Klang Hospital, Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The study period is between October 2023 and December 2023, a total of 3 months. Sample size were 46 pregnant women who came for prenatal care at Na Klang Hospital, Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. Data were collected from questionnaires and medical records. Data were analyzed by Content analysis (Content Analysis) frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Dependent t – test.
The results of the study found that After operation Behaviors to prevent complications from premature birth of pregnant women In Na Klang Hospital, Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province It is at a very appropriate level. Understanding of monitoring for symptoms that require medical attention of pregnant women Na Klang Hospital, Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province After operation Overall and each aspect at the highest level. And comparison of behaviors to prevent complications from premature birth and understanding of monitoring for symptoms that require medical attention. of pregnant women in Na Klang Hospital, Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province Before and after operation There is a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, with the post-operation being better than before the operation.
