Model of changing the behavior of type 2 diabetic patients in Huai Phueng Hospital area Kalasin Province.

Abstract

     This study was an action research with the objective of studying the health status and behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes in Huai Phueng Hospital area. Kalasin Province and study the behavior modification pattern of patients with type 2 diabetes in the Huai Phueng Hospital area. Kalasin Province The research period is between October and December 2023, a total of 3 months. Sample size were 1,387 type 2 diabetes patients in Huai Phueng Hospital area Kalasin Province, data collected from questionnaires. and medical records Data analyzed by Content analysis (Content Analysis) frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

     The results of the study found that in 2022, Fasting blood sugar (FBS) was normal at 20.90 percent and HemoglobinA1C (HbA1c) was normal at 29.12 percent. In 2023, Fasting blood sugar (FBS) was normal at 50.68 percent and HemoglobinA1C (HbA1c) was normal at 55.01 percent.
