Abstract

     This study was action research with the objective of studying knowledge and understanding of the Health Insurance Fund Committee at the local or area level. and enhancing knowledge and understanding of the Health Insurance Fund Committee at the local or area level. In the guidelines for providing health promotion services, disease prevention and rehabilitation according to the benefit package, Kamalasai District, Kalasin Province The research period is between October 2023 - December 2023, a total of 3 months. Sample size were 96 representatives of the Health Insurance Fund Committee at the local or area level. In the guidelines for providing health promotion services, disease prevention and rehabilitation according to the benefit package, Kamalasai District,Kalasin Province. Data were analysis by content analysis, average. standard deviation, frequency, percentage and Dependent t – test.

     The results of the study found that after conducting knowledge and understanding of the Health Insurance Fund Committee at the local or area level. In the guidelines for providing health promotion services, disease prevention, and rehabilitation according to the benefit package, Kamalasai District, Kalasin Province, Generation 1 and Generation 2 are at the highest level and the level of knowledge and understanding of the Health Security Fund Committee at the local or area level.
