Abstract

     This study is action research to develop and study the results of nursing practices by recording warning signs (Search out Severity Score: SOS score) in patients with sepsis. Sangcom Hospital The study process consists of 3 processes: (1) development process, (2) guideline implementation process, and (3) guideline evaluation process. The sample group consisted of 60 patients with bloodstream infections, divided into 30 control groups, 30 patients in the guideline trial group, and 24 professional nurses working in inpatient wards. specific The tools used include nursing practice guidelines with recording of warning signs (SOS Score) in patients with sepsis. Warning signal recording form (SOS Score) in patients with sepsis and a questionnaire on the feasibility and satisfaction of professional nurses with the guidelines. which had reliability values of .87 and .89, respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics
     The research results found that Patients with bloodstream infections in the experimental group after using the nursing guidelines There is a high rate of complications from bloodstream infections. There was a reduction in organ failure and no deaths. This is different from the control group before using the guidelines. Statistically significant at the .05 level, professional nurses had opinions on feasibility (M= 3.79, SD= .33) and satisfaction with using the guidelines (M= 3.73, SD= .38). at a high level
