Development of a model rehabilitation care for mid-term patients (Intermediate Care) Ubonratchathani Province.

Abstract

     This research is research and development. The objective is to study the context and situation. To develop a model for rehabilitation care and experiment with the development model. and to evaluate the model of rehabilitation care for patients in the medium term. (Intermediate Care) Ubonratchathani Province Conducted between November 2023 - January 2024, selection of specific sample groups. There are 70 people. Collect quantitative data using Medium-term rehabilitation care model questionnaire and patient care report form. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation Compare knowledge test results before and after the training using Paired t-test statistics at a significance level of 0.05. Content analysis was used for qualitative data.
     The results of the study the average level of overall satisfaction was at a high level, calculated as  = 4.02, SD = 0.547. Satisfaction of patient care practitioners after using the model was significantly higher than before developing the model (p < .001), and multidisciplinary personnel were Opinion that the manual for organizing rehabilitation care services for medium-term patients of hospitals in Ubon ratchathani Province Can be used Easy at a high level and there is a high level of possibility of its use in practice.
