Somdej Phra Yupparat That Phanom Hospita The tools included the nursing practice guidelines for patients with sepsis in the Accident and Emergency Department and an assessment form for the feasibility of implementing these nursing practices. The developed nursing practices were validated for content accuracy by five experts, achieving a total content validity index (S-CVI) of 1. Data analysis of the implementation evaluation was conducted through frequency and percentage.
The research found that: 1) The nursing practice guidelines for patients with sepsis in the Accident and Emergency Department comprised four categories: screening patients for symptoms of sepsis, providing care according to the Resuscitation Bundle within the first 6 hours, monitoring and follow-up of patients under the Resuscitation Bundle, and assessment and discharge from the emergency department. 2) The feasibility assessment of implementing the nursing practice guidelines by 15 professional nurses working in the emergency department showed that 94.5% of the sample found the guidelines easy to implement, and 98.2% believed the practices were applicable in reality.
