This study is a case study aimed at the care of patients with infections at the surgical site. Patients who have undergone hip replacement surgery and have comorbidities are selected for treatment at the female orthopedic ward. Saraburi Hospital by collecting information from medical records, information from patients and relatives. Conduct research studies from nursing-related textbooks and papers. The results showed that this case study patient was elderly. Have comorbidities, including high blood pressure. Stroke There were complications 12 days after hip replacement surgery: an infection in the left hip surgery wound caused by the unavailability of caregivers who lacked monitoring for postoperative complications, treated by a doctor who opened the wound to wash the wound with a new re-suture and gave antibiotics injected into a vein for 10 days The infection symptoms improved, Doctors can discharge it home.
