Abstract

     This study was case study. The objective is to study and compare nursing diagnoses. Nursing and nursing outcomes in patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Two case studies and to develop nursing guidelines for patients with hemorrhagic stroke Kalasin Hospital.
     Results: Case study number 1, Thai woman, age 40 years, diagnosed with Basal gangion hemorrage, admitted for treatment with symptoms of lethargy, weakness in the right arm and leg. Had it 4 hours before coming to the hospital, history of co-morbidities high blood pressure Not taking medicine continuously, stopping medicine on your own, missing regular check-ups The first feeling level received Glasgow. comascore(GCS) E3VTM5 Motor power left grade V right grade 0 treated with brain surgery Craniectomy with remove clot and control high blood pressure. Problems encountered during care include Acute respiratory failure, Hypertension, Hypokalemia, and impaired movement problems. After receiving treatment, the patient is safe from complications of the disease. The patient's condition gradually improved. Sold by a licensed doctor.
     Case study number 2, Thai man, 44 years old, diagnosed with Intracerebral hemorrhage, admitted for treatment with symptoms of arm and leg weakness on the left side, distorted mouth, slurred speech, lethargy, symptoms of this occurring 2 hours before coming to the hospital, denying any underlying disease. Have a history of smoking and drinking alcohol Level of consciousness Glasgow comascore (GCS) E2VTM5 Motor power left grade III right grade V Received treatment to control high blood pressure and planned brain surgery. Relatives refused treatment with brain surgery and heart massage. Selecting palliative treatment requires the patient to die well. The patient deteriorated and became brain dead. The doctor informed the patient's relatives of the change in symptoms and the treatment plan and provided information about organ donation in patients with brain death to the relatives. Relatives decided to donate every part of their organs that could be used to the Thai Red Cross Organ Donation Center in his last days of life.
