Nursing teenage pregnancy with preterm contraction and non-reassuring fetal status

Abstract

     This study was a case study aimed to present nursing education for teenage pregnant women with preterm labor and infants at risk of death. which is an important obstetric spoon insertion condition Severe high risk Thai woman, married status, 16 years old, first pregnancy, 34+4 weeks of pregnancy, admitted to the hospital between 6-14 December 2023.Keywords: teenage pregnancy, preterm labor, non-reassuring fetal status. 
     The results of the study found that she came with abdominal pain. Her stomach had been hard for 20 minutes, she had premature labor pains, there was no water to walk, the baby was moving well, first vital signs were 88 beats per minute, breathing rate 20 times per minute, blood pressure 117/82 mm Hg. After receiving birth control pills for 1 hour it was still not good enough. The uterus continued to contract every 15 minutes, so she was referred to Nakhon Nayok Hospital. Admitted for treatment in the delivery room for 5 days, unable to stop birth, on the 6th day of treatment, gestational age 35+2 weeks, the doctor diagnosed a teenage pregnancy with premature labor pains, anemia, and the baby was at risk. Died Therefore, delivery was performed by abdominal cesarean section. The newborn had Apgar score 9-10-10, weight 2,710 grams, had hypoglycemia Dtx. 40 mg%, transferred to NICU.
