Satisfaction of government inspectors and supervisors of the district health service network Concerning government inspection and work supervision, normal cases, Trang Provincial Public Health Office, fiscal year 2023.

Abstract

     This study was survey researchThis section was for researching the opinions between personal factors and the opinions and controls of shareholders, parents, and supervisors of the district health service network at to the director and supervisor of normal laboratory work, Trang Provincial Municipality Office, fiscal year 2023. The sample group was a survey of 289 parents and supervisor of the district health service network. The research tool is an online questionnaire consisting of 3 parts: personal factors, satisfaction, and suggestions of government inspectors and supervisors of the district health service network. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation, find differences in personal factors and satisfaction with Independent Samples T-test and One-way ANOVA statistics.
     The research results found that The sample group had a high level of satisfaction with government inspection and supervision in the normal case, Trang Provincial Public Health Office, fiscal year 2023, overall. (Mean=4.31,S.D.=0.49) and high level aspects include knowledge aspect (Mean=4.44,S.D.=0.50), personal characteristics aspect (Mean=4.34, S.D.=0.51), government inspection process and work supervision. (Mean=4.25,S.D.=0.54) and skills (Mean=4.23,S.D.= 0.56) respectively. Personal factors and satisfaction of government inspectors and supervisors of district health service networks were not different (t =1.49, Sig.=0.136) and suggestions for improving and developing government inspection and supervision, including format issues, processes (36.28 percent),time issues (32.24 percent),and issues, topics, and indicators (12.90 percent), respectively.
