Abstract

     This study was survey research aimed at evaluating the health outcomes of patients receiving services.      Results: There were 2,005 patients receiving services 3,982 times, most of whom were female (62 percent) with important symptoms. Fever/cough/sore throat were the most common, followed by joint pain/muscle pain. and skin symptoms (37%, 25%, and 13%, respectively). Following up on treatment after 3 days, it was found that 84% of patients were cured, 15% were relieved, 0.6% were not relieved. The cost of adding CI services is calculated as 150.7 baht per visit, the drug store's break-even point is that 262 people come to receive CI services per month, or 8.7 people per day.
