Operation and key success factor in operation of the Eldery club in Napa district municipality , Mueng, Chonburi

This study was survey research to study operations. Elderly Club Factors for success in the operation of the elderly club and the motivation of the elderly to join the elderly club Na Pa Subdistrict Municipality, a sample group, selected 40 people according to eligibility criteria. Data were collected using participatory observation methods. and in-depth interview methods and analysis methods Descriptive statistics were used.
The study found that the operations of the Na Pa Subdistrict Municipality Elderly Club are in accordance with POSDCoRB, consisting of 7 steps as follows: 1) Planning activities by holding committee meetings every month. 2) Organizing departments with a structure and duties. Consisting of 6 agencies, including Na Pa Subdistrict Municipality administrators Ban Thong Khung Health Promoting Hospital staff Na Pa Subdistrict Municipality officials Volunteer health officers of the village in Na Pa Subdistrict Members of the Elderly Club and Elderly Club Executive Committee. 3) Arrange adequate and appropriate personnel 4) Have a good governance system. Orders and coordination are given to various departments. In carrying out the work successfully according to the goals, 5) there is a good coordination system and modern communication channels, 6) performance reports every month, and 7) sufficient budget support from the sub-district fund, the private sector, and from within the club itself. As for the success factors in the operations of the Na Pa Subdistrict Municipality Elderly Club, it comes from 3 factors: 1) Club leaders have leadership, volunteer spirit, and sacrifice. 2) Budget has sources to support various activities. 3) There is coordination. Collaborate with network partners Both the public and private sectors for motivation Joining the club comes from 3 internal factors, including needs, attitudes, and special interests. 5 external factors, including providing health check services. Funeral Fund giving knowledge Competition, prizes and support for consumer goods.
