Nursing care of patients with hemorrhagic stroke: 2 case studies

This study's abstract aims at nursing stroke patients. Twenty-two case studies using Gorton's 11 healthcare paradigm to identify the problems and needs of patients. Lead the five-step nursing process.
Results: A comparative study of stroke patients hospitalized at Siranthorn Hospital, Khon Kaen, found that both patients were suffering from weak arms, speechless speech, and non-surgical treatment. Case 1 - Sense change score was 15 points. (E4V5M6) had 39.9 mL of cerebral hemorrhage, no movement of the mid-brain, cerebral edema, low blood potassium, 3-day hospital stay. In the case of 2nd case study, 15 points of sensory change (E4V5M6), cerebral hemorrhage 5. 1 milliliters, no movement of the central axis of the brain, no complications between treatment and hospital stay period of 6 days.
