Nursing care of ST-Elevation myocardial infarction type STEMI in emergency and forensic accidents. : Two Case Studies

Abstract

     This study was case study of 2 cases. The purpose of this study is to study the nursing care of 2 patients with acute myocardial infarction (STEMI). Case 1, the doctor diagnosed STEMI ST elevate in V2, V3 avf and Case 2, the doctor diagnosed STEMI ST elevate in V2, V3 avf. Both patients received treatment according to the ACS guideline and received thrombolytic drugs.
     The results of the study found that acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in the STEMI group, 2 patients, received complete treatment according to the STEMI patient care guidelines by screening, using the STEMI fast track, rapid ECG examination and timely administration of anticoagulants, and receiving close care as critical patients. From the study of nursing diagnosis problems of both patients, it was found that they had similar nursing diagnoses from the time they were admitted to the emergency department until they were transferred to Khon Kaen Hospital.
