Factors Affecting Doing Research among the Personnel of Kalasin Hospital, Kalasin Province.

Abstract

     This study was survey research by cross-sectional study. The objective was study factors affecting the research of personnel in Kalasin Hospital. The sample group were consisted of 180 working personnel. The research tool was a research questionnaire and research behavior. The confidence values ​​were 0.86 and 0.92, respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis
     The research results found that Research work by personnel in Kalasin Hospital found that the personnel have research experience 22.5 percent were interested in doing research; 51.11 percent, and 45 percent were most interested in doing quasi-experimental research, 45.52 percent wanted to do research, and 64.4 percent used their personal budget. Attitude towards research skills and the nature of work responsibilities can together predict 11.80 percent of personnel's research work (R2adj = 0.116 p<.05), with attitude towards research having the highest effect on personnel's research work (Beta= .555; p< .01), followed by research skills and nature of work responsibilities (Beta =.192, p<.05; Beta =.178, p<.05), respectively.
