Abstract

     This research aims to study and develop the use of digital technology in the work of personnel, General Administration Group, Phon Phisai Hospital, Nong Khai Province. The action research was to collect data on opinions on the use of digital technology in the work of personnel in 5 areas: social, mobile, analysis, data storage, and work efficiency. The sample size was 53 people, calculated using the Yamane formula. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests.

     Research results summary, the results of data analysis on opinions on the use of digital technology in the work of personnel, General Administration Group Phon Phisai Hospital, Nong Khai Province Before the development, it was found that the overall use of technology in personnel's work was at a moderate level. The aspect with the most agreement was mobile, followed by efficiency, analysis, social, and data storage. There was also a problem of a lack of digital technology skills. It was developed by organizing meetings, training, and teaching necessary technology skills. After the development, it was found that the overall use of technology in personnel's work was at a high level. The aspect with the most agreement was efficiency, followed by mobile, analysis, data storage, and social, respectively. The results of the comparison before and after the development of the use of technology in personnel's work resulted in significantly higher levels of opinions on social, mobile, data analysis, data storage, and work efficiency at a statistical level of .05.
