Effects of glycemic control behaviors program among pregnant women with gestational diabetes of Thatphanom crown prince hospital.

This research is a quasi-experimental research design. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of a behavioral promotion program for controlling blood sugar levels in women with gestational diabetes at Thatphanom crown prince hospital. The study was divided into 2 groups: an experimental group and a control group. The results were measured before and after the experiment. The results of the research found that: The mean of diabetes knowledge (t = 12.35, 95%CI = 0.31 to 0.43, p < 0.000), health behaviors (t = 18.02, 95%CI = 0.79 to 0.99, p < 0.000), and self-efficacy perception (t = 19.28, 95%CI = 1.42 to 1.84, p < 0.000), pre-meal blood sugar level (t = 2.97, 95%CI = 3.01 to 15.72, p = 0.05), and post-meal blood sugar level (t = 6.90, 95%CI = 42.91 to 78.36, p < 0.000) between the experimental and control groups were significantly different.
