This aimed to describe the use of Medically Assisted Reproductive Technology (MART) and nursing activities for infertile women within the context of Thai law. Infertility is a significant problem that affects women both physically and psychologically. Current treatments have advanced considerably, ranging from Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) to Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer (GIFT), Zygote Intrafallopian Transfer (ZIFT), and the transfer of fertilized embryos at the 2–6 cell stage into the fallopian tube (TET). Access to these technologies must strictly comply with the Protection of Children Born Through Medically Assisted Reproductive Technology Act B.E. 2558 (2015), particularly regarding the prohibition of commercial surrogacy and the regulation of ethical standards. A case study is also presented of a woman who required medically assisted reproductive technology using the GIFT method due to religious belief constraints requiring fertilization to occur within the body. It was found that nursing activities play a critically important role in driving the success of treatment, and can be categorized into four key domains: 1) educational activities to prepare patients and modify health behaviors in accordance with lifestyle medicine principles; 2) surveillance activities to monitor complications arising from ovarian stimulation and laparoscopic surgery; 3) activities emphasizing self-care management to reduce lifestyle-related risk factors; and 4) risk prevention activities. Professional nurses must therefore serve as coordinators and providers of care that is safe, up-to-date, and consistent with international care standards within the framework of Thai law.
