Abstract

This case report aims to present an approach to comprehensive oral rehabilitation in 6-year-old child with multiple carious lesions. The management process included clinical and radiographic examination, caries risk assessment, behavior management, comprehensive treatment planning, pulp therapy for indicated primary teeth, restorative procedures and preventive interventions in collaboration with the caregiver. The treatment outcomes demonstrated that the patient completed the entire treatment plan without complications. Improvement in oral health status, resolution of symptoms and enhanced patient cooperation were observed.

Comprehensive oral care plays a crucial role in effectively managing pediatric patients with multiple carious lesions. This approach contributes to reducing complications, improving oral health outcomes and promoting long-term maintenance, and may serve as a practical model for improving the quality of pediatric dental services.
