The instruments included stress, craving, treatment adherence, holistic health, and satisfaction assessments. Following implementation, mean stress scores decreased from 31.24±6.87 to 18.63±5.94, while mean craving scores decreased from 7.48±1.42 to 3.26±1.31. Mean treatment adherence scores increased from 6.92±1.88 to 11.08±1.37, and mean holistic health scores increased from 2.94±0.41 to 4.21±0.36. All outcomes differed significantly from baseline (p<0.001). Overall, 88.8% of patients attended at least four service sessions, and overall satisfaction was rated at a very high level (4.57±0.38).
