Nursing care patient with Congestive heart failure in Kalasin Hospital : 2 case studies

Abstract

     The is comparative study of two case studies the nursing care patients with congestive heart failure who are admitted to the male medicine department in Kalasin Hospital. Two case studies in the critical care phase, continuous care phase and the discharge phase.  The data was collected by patient, patient relative, medical record, patient’s history, physical examination and inspection with special equipment to identify problems and needs of patient.  Bring the information come to make plans for nursing, nursing diagnosis using 11 pattern of Gordon theory, self-care of Orem theory and empowerment of Gibson theory.

     Results found that of 2 study, The problem is the same  and different after the study was to analyze nursing diagnosis and nursing process defined as covering on the physical, mental, emotional and social. As well as the skill, experience and expertise in the care of patients for congestive heart failure used. There is evaluation of nursing until health better and discharge.
