Proposal for a digital health platform synthesis project in pilot health regions based on National Public Health Reform Policy: Addressing Emerging Infectious Diseases and Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs).

This study was survey research by analytical study aimed to study and find a suitable management model and approach for the whole ecosystem that affects the drive of the digital health system. It was carried out in three parts: 1) digital health system review; The study found a digital health governance model requires collaborative governance. have a strong leadership, has authority and constantly in position There is a central agency that drives the development of digital health systems. and to focus on the standardization of the health data system There are good examples of Australia, England, Finland, and India. 2) Developed prototype tools of personal health information system; Personal health data from multiple database sources is integrated and automatically linked directly from the hospital to the central, can display health information through mobile applications and link between hospitals to use in medical treatment and 3) synthesize recommendations; to reform data management from Silo Base to Authority Base for sustainable. Therefore, there are proposals in 5 mission and it is necessary to have an agency directly responsible for the digital health system. There is a proposal for an action plan to establish National Digital Health Authority.
