Millennial’s Public Service Motivation in Urban Bangkok

Abstract

The article aims to understand Millennial’s Public Service Motivation in Urban Bangkok. The samples are 385 millennials in Bangkok. The study is used closed-ended questionnaires to collect data. The descriptive statistics used for analyzing the data are mean and standard deviation. The finding indicates that the second dimension (commitment to public interest) is in the highest mean (4.22). The fourth dimension (self- sacrifice) is in the lowest mean (3.88). Interestingly, in terms of mean range of public service motivation, every dimension is in high level.
