บทบาทของการเป็นครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนา

Abstract

       The changes in the 21^st century, teachers need to adjust and develop yourself to keep pace with the times, steps into change, and must focus on the students to learn, practice and inspire along the way. Students are not just passive learning anymore, but they have to what so called learning by doing and pursuit knowledge by themselves. In next time Thai teachers have skills, content, computer integration, constructionist, connectivity, collaboration, communication, creativity and caring. In Buddhism said with teachers that; lovable, estimable, adorable, being a counselor, being a patient listener, able to deliver deep discourses and never exhorting groundlessly.
