Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the attendance of BGFC football fans from changes in club identity, and study the changing of the new identity of the club and the impact on football visits of BGFC football fans. The samples of this research were 400 BGFC fans around Pathum Thani who attended football matches at Leo Stadium. The questionnaire was applied to collect data and the result was used to set the size of the representative samples by using the TARO YAMANE formula. The statistics which were used for the analysis included frequency, percentage, x̄ and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by the t-test and F-test statistic or the One-Way ANOVA at the statistical significance of .05. The result of the research found that the positive result of BGFC fans’ decision to attend matches after the change of club’s identity shows that if the club changes the logo, image and identity into the club which has entertaining, exciting, rousing, and interesting play, appropriate food, beverage, souvenirs price, and if the club becomes the representative of the society or organization, the decision making to attend matches of the fans will be affected.
