The Teacher Development to the Professional Teacher

The purpose of this study was 1) to evaluate the professional teachers in the secondary school, Samutsakhon 2) to provide the teacher development methods for the teachers in the secondary school, Samutsakhon. The participation of this study consisted of 156 educational staffs; the vice directors, the heads of educational department, and the teachers in both Samutsakhonwittayalai School and Samutsakhonburana School, in academic year 2016. They were chosen by using
stratified random sampling method and using simple random sampling method for choosing the school. The researcher collected the data through the observational form and group interviewing. Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation (SD) were used to describe the result of the research as the content analysis.
The result revealed that 1) the average score of the overall of the professional teacher development in the secondary school, Samutsakhonwittayalai School and Samutsakhonburana School, in 3 parts; knowledge, behavior, and work performance, were in good level as 4.37
