Abstract

       

The purpose of this research was to create the model of professional Mathematics teachers’ development to teachers’ learning communities of elementary schools in Chachoengsao Province by using an integrated learning management approach of STEM Education for learner development through the process of Professional Learning Community.  The Participatory Action Research was conducted and the target group was 30 teachers of elementary schools in Chachoengsao.  The results of this research were:   

  1. In terms of the teachers’ behavior of Mathematics learning management, most of them focused on teaching contents, lectures, and frequently used instructional materials were tasks, worksheets, and exercises.

In terms of the model of professional Mathematics teachers’ development to teachers’ learning communities by using an integrated learning management approach of STEM Education for learner development through the process of Professional Learning Community, PDCA Cycle was employed as follows: learning management plan, teachers development regarding learning management, on-the-job training, and caring PLC process arranged by the good cooperation of teachers, administrators, and academic staff to develop learners’ learning.
