Teacher License: Is It The Teacher Quality Certification Mark?

Abstract

The National Education Act of 2542, defined in Section 52, the teaching professional license is a high-class professional license. Then the teachers and educational personnel council Act, B.E. 2545 was enacted. In the educational profession is the teachers, administrators, and education administrators must have a teaching professional license. The Teachers Council of Thailand in the teaching professional organization has issued the criteria for obtaining a teaching license for teacher students. Therefore the students in other fields who do not have a teaching professional license must have a different process to get a teaching professional license. There are many s opinions offer about the teaching license which concern about the teacher should have a teacher license or not required. The value of a teaching professional license that how can certificate of teacher quality? The teachers that have a teaching professions license and teachers without teaching professions license. Are there different qualities of teaching? Therefore when being a teacher is considered a profession. The teacher that has a teaching professional license is necessary to add the value of a teaching professions license to make the teaching professional license valuable. The teacher must represent the knowledge, competence, and teacher ethics as a certificate that certifies the quality of teachers.
