Guidelines For the Development of Learning Management in the Situation of Coronavirus 2019 Pandemic of Schools Under the Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to 1) study the management of learning management of schools in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, 2) present guidelines for the development of learning management in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. The tool used in the research is questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data include mean and standard deviation. Step 2 presents guidelines for improving learning management in the covid-19 pandemic, with a group of key contributors, namely education scholars, school district administrators, and elementary school administrators, with a specific selection. The result of Step 1 showed that the management of learning in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic as a whole was very high. When considering the list, it was found that the highest average teaching and learning style is onsite, followed by on-demand and the least average teaching and learning style, i.e., on-air instruction, respectively. Step 2: The guidelines for developing learning management in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic consist of 5 practices.1) School administrators should have an analysis, equipment survey. Provide supporting resources as needed by the learner. Teaching materials are exchanged between teachers and grouped according to learner readiness. Explore readiness to access learning styles. 3) School administrators should have a meeting to brainstorm ways to communicate, direct, monitor, for example, build understanding. 4) School administrators should establish policies that emphasize teacher safety, encourage teachers, and encourage teachers. Assign teachers to establish a coordination group between teachers and parents 5) School administrators should assign teachers to analyze learners. Follow-up is available.
