Guidelines to The Development of Using Information Technology to Manage the Budget of Small Schools Under the Office of Suphanburi Educational Service Area Office 1

The research on developmental approaches to using information technology in budget management of small schools. under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area 1, with the objective of 1) study the state and problems of using information technology in budget management of small schools Under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area 1 2) Study development guidelines the use of information technology in budget management of small schools. Under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area 1. The sample used in this research consisted of 118 students from small schools. Under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area 1 namely 59 school administrators, budget administration supervisors or budget administration assistants 59 people. The research tools were a questionnaire on the state and problems of using information technology in budget management of small schools Under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area 1 and an interview form on ways to develop information technology for budget management of small schools. Under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area 1 which is a semi-structured interview format Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Data were analyzed by content analysis method.
The research results found that 1. Conditions and problems of using information technology in budget management of small schools Under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area 1 Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each side, it was found that the side with the highest mean is Financial reporting and budget control at the highest level Followed by financial management. at a high level and the side with the lowest mean is in organizing the procurement system at a high level.
2. Guidelines for developing the use of information technology in budget management of small schools Under the Office of Suphan Buri Primary Education Service Area 1. There are 5 practical items as follows: Executives should recruit knowledgeable personnel. Ability to use technology to implement budget management by setting strategies for personnel development Organize a project to develop teachers and educational personnel. Implement and follow up on developments. And there should be an analysis of the context of the needs, necessities, and performance of the equipment. Various tools, software programs that are easy, fast, accurate and used in budget management to be systematic. easy to check If a problem is encountered while operating, a solution should be found.
