Guidelines of Excellence Administration in the New Normal Era of Private School Administrators of Samut Sakhon Provincial Education Office

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of Excellence Administration in the New Normal Era of Private School Administrators of Samut Sakhon Provincial Education Office, and 2) to offer the guidelines of Excellence Administration in the New Normal Era of Private School Administrators of Samut Sakhon Provincial Education Office. The sample consisted of 1) 278 school administrators and teachers, and 2) 5 key formants. The research instruments were 1) a questionnaire with a validity (IOC values) = .67-1.00 and a reliability value of .98 by using percentage, mean, standard deviation in analyzed data statistically, and 2) the structured interview by using content analysis.

The research results were as follows: 1) the state of Excellence Administration in the New Normal Era of Private School Administrators of Samut Sakhon Provincial Education Office was at the high level in overall and particular aspects, ranking from the highest to the lowest mean: 1) Strategic Planning, 2) Customer Focus 3) Operation Focus 4) Leadership 5) Results 6) Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, and 7) Workforce Focus respectively, and 2) the guidelines of Excellence Administration were 1) Leadership : the school administrators provide up-to-date information. 2) Strategic Planning: the school administrators must organize the working structure by assignment to the right people clarify. 3) Customer Focus: the school administrators must use the information from stakeholders to participate in the school action plan. 4) Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management: the school administrators must assign responsible persons for the preparation of information systems. 5) Workforce Focus: the school administrators must plan the implementation of the reward system clarify. 6) Operation Focus: the school administrators must survey the needs of students, parents and communities, and 7) Results: the school administrators must formulate a strategic plan by using the satisfaction of Teachers to analysis in terms of working atmosphere.
