Relationship between governance and effectiveness of educational institutions in Watchari-Romaya Consortium Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the principles of good governance of educational institutions in  Watchari-Romaya Consortium Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom 2) the effectiveness of schools in Watchari-Romaya Consortium Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom 3) the relationship between the principles of good governance and the effectiveness of educational institutions in Watchari-Romaya Consortium Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom. The sample group used in this research was 214 teachers in education in Watchari-Romaya Consortium Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom. The instrument was a  questionnaire with a reliability of .96.The statistical questionnaires used for data analysis were Frequency,  percentage,  mean,  standard deviation,  and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research results were as follows: Administration according to good governance principles of school administrators Overall and each aspect was at a high level. Sorted as follows: The Cost-effectiveness or economy Responsibility Participation Morality Accountability and The rule of law. School effectiveness Overall and on each side is at a high level. Sorted as follows: Problem-solving within educational institutions Change and development of educational institutions and The production of students to have high academic achievement. The relationship between the administration and good governance had a very high positive correlation with school effectiveness (r = 0.822) with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. From the research Educational institution administrators should provide opportunities for educational personnel, stakeholders, and stakeholders to administer or take any action. Has participated in the operation of the school. Stakeholders can inspect operations. Stakeholders participate in the idea. co-decision Mobilize resources for school development for educational institutions to develop efficiently Both in the development of teaching and management.
