Administrative Skills in the New Normal Context of Mathayomwatsing School Administrators Under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of administrative skills in the context of the new normal of Mathayomwatsing School administrators; Under the Bangkok secondary education service area office 1 2) to find ways to develop administrative skills in the context of the new normal of Mathayomwatsing School administrators. Under the Bangkok secondary education service area office 1, the informants were 1) 1 director of educational institutions, 2) 4 deputy directors of educational institutions, and 3) 108 teaching teachers, a total of 113 people. The sample size was determined using the Craigie and Morgan Sample Size Estimation Table. Interviewees include: Director of study area Educational institution administrators, educational supervisors and educational administration experts were 9 people. Statistics used in quantitative data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. For qualitative data, content analysis was used.

         The results of the research were as follows: 1) the level of administrative skills in the context of the new normal of Wat Sing School administrators; Under the Office of Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area 1 found that overall was at a high level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that it was at the highest level of 1 in all aspects, namely human skills. and at the high level in 2 aspects, namely technical skills and conceptual skills; Under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1, there are 3 areas: technical skills human skills and conceptual skills
