The Study and Prepare The Legal Proposals Related To The Development Of Early Childhood In Thailand

Abstract

A study and prepare the legal proposals related to the development of early childhood in Thailand. The objective was aimed to study 1) to study, collect and analyze the laws related to Thai early childhood development 2) to prepare proposals for the preparation of laws related to Thai early childhood development. The study method was quantitative research and qualitative research.

          The results found that 1) prepare the legal proposals related to the development of early childhood in Thailand. The grading results were considered from the essence of the Early Childhood Development Act B.E. 2562 in sections 14, 19, 23, 24, 25 and 27 as follows the first law was the early childhood children from kindergarten to elementary level to link with early childhood development; the second was the law on roles and duties of early childhood development of government and private agencies that have duties or operations related to early childhood development; the third was law on setting standards and best practices in relation to early childhood development.; the fourth was law on with the integration of collaboration between government agencies Local government organizations, the private sector and civil society to implement the early childhood development plan; the fifth was law concerning prescribing duties for early childhood education; the sixth was laws concerning determination of competencies and indicators for early childhood development; the seventh was Laws concerning rights and welfare of early childhood children; the eighth was Law on the preparation of an integrated annual action plan of government agencies and local administrative organizations for early childhood development; the ninth was Law on the promotion of early childhood caregivers and early childhood development Quality; The tenth was Law on Screening for Disabled or Disabled Early Childhood Children; the eleventh was law on personnel development in early childhood development; the twelve was Law on preparing early childhood database; the thirteenth was law on monitoring and promoting relevant agencies to collect information on early childhood children; the fourteenth was law on criteria for accepting early childhood children into kindergarten education; the fifteenth laws on services for the development of pregnant women and early childhood children; the sixteenth laws on the preparation of information for consideration of early childhood assistance; and the  seventeenth was Laws relating to promoting research and creating innovations related to early childhood development.
