Academic Administration Approach for Promote Online Instruction Learning of School under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok District 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study current condition, desirable conditions of Academic administration for promote Online Instruction Learning of school under the Secondary Education Service Area-Office Bangkok District 2 2) to study need indexes of Academic administration for promote Online Instruction Learning of school under the Secondary Education Service Area-Office Bangkok District 2 and 3) to study Academic administration approach for promote Online Instruction Learning of school under the Secondary Education Service Area-Office Bangkok District 2 Sample in the study consists of 3 directors, 4assistant directors and 353 teachers, totaling 360 participants and 5 key informant. The tools used in this research were a questionnaire and an interview form created by the researcher. The data were analyzed in terms of percentage, standard deviation and the need index (PNI _Modified).

The research results were as the follows. 1) The current conditions were overall at the moderate level, while the desirable condition were overall at the verry high level and the needs indexes were ranked form the top three as Cooperation with schools and other organizations, Curriculum development and Development and use of technological media for education. 2) Academic administration approach for promote Online Instruction Learning. For Cooperation with schools and other organizations, director and teachers to visit model schools and build cooperation with educational agencies. For Curriculum development, director and teachers to modify and integrate teaching methods to suit learners of all ages. For Development and use of technological media for education, director encourage the establishment of an online learning center to be used as a place to train teachers and produce online learning materials.
