Guidelines for Administration of Mangkorn Kamalawat Wittayalai School According to the context of Phrapariyattidhamma School Department of General Education District 13

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the administrative level of Mangkorn Kamalawat Wittayalai School in the context of Phrapariyatthamma School. The process of budget allocation within the department to the operational unit of the executive. in order to achieve a balance in school budget management for maximum benefit. 3) Personnel management The allocation of manpower rates to find people to work according to the line of work Executives give importance to other tasks, administering with personal sacrifice for the benefit of the public is the qualification of the person who will perform the job. and 4) general administration Administrator's activities other than the main school work group Supporting and coordinating educational management of individuals, communities, emphasizing on quality of work and as a guideline for school administration towards creativity that brings maximum benefit to the school.
