Academic Administration Problems’ School of Central Bangkok Group Under the Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

This research’s objectives were 1) to investigate academic administration problems of a central Bangkok group schools under the Bangkok metropolitan, 2) to compare investigate academic administration problems of a central Bangkok group schools under the Bangkok metropolitan according to their teachers’ genders, and 3) to compare investigate academic administration problems of a central Bangkok group schools under the Bangkok metropolitan according to their teachers’ work experiences. The study’s sample was 300 teachers of a central Bangkok group schools under the Bangkok metropolitan that were selected by disproportionate stratified sampling. 5-point rating scale questionnaire was executed as the data acquiring tool with the reliability of 0.92. The utilized research statistics were mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA.

The findings stated that

1. The overall of teachers’ perception towards of academic administration problems of a central Bangkok group schools under the Bangkok metropolitan was ranked as low
2. Teachers with different genders perceived the academic administration problems of a central Bangkok group schools under the Bangkok metropolitan differently at non-significance value of .05, except for the fields of media, innovation, learning resources and technology development, and education and academic work quality assurance.
3.  Teachers with different work experiences perceived the academic administration problems of a central Bangkok group schools under the Bangkok metropolitan differently at significance value of .05, except for the field of education and academic work quality assurance.
