Abstract

This research aims to develop a system for assessing students' reading ability (RT) in grade 1 with five specific objectives: to study the basic information of system development; Create a system Study the results of using the system Evaluate and improve the system and publish the system. Conducted research in the form of research and development by applying the Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology conducted at Ban Dong Daeng Nong Pia Khan School, Roi Et Province. Step 3: System trial, Step 4: System evaluation and improvement, and Step 5: Dissemination of the system using public criticism method in basic education institutions. In action, stakeholders are involved, carried out at every stage. The findings are conclusive. as follows

  1. Reading Test (RT) Grade 1 based on the core curriculum of basic education. B.E. 2551 has an important goal to use learning measurement and evaluation as part of teaching and learning. Development of Reading Test (RT) Grade 1 based on the Core Curriculum Guidelines for Basic Education B.E. 2551 relies on systematic composition to see the research picture more clearly It is organized in the framework of input, process, output, and feedback is monitored in each section.
  2. Reading Test (RT) Grade 1 Improved There are 4 subsystems which are continuously carried out in cycles: Plan, Act, Observe, and Reflection. Every system has 7 operational steps: planning, operation, inspection and reflection.
  3. The results of using the system by implementing the Reading Test (RT) system of Grade 1 learners. Practical feasibility, suitability, accuracy, reliability, and results to related parties.
  4. The assessment results and improvement of the Reading Test (RT) Grade 1 assessment system is the result of the assessment after the Reading Test (RT) Grade 1 system was used to gather suggestions for improvement of various components of the system in areas Where deficiencies were found. This stage of assessment was conducted after the Reading Test (RT) Grade 1 was put to the test to gather suggestions for improvement of system components where deficiencies were found.
  5. Dissemination of Reading Test (RT) Grade 1 using public hearing method In basic education institutions, it appears that all basic education institutions agree with the Reading Test (RT) system for Grade 1 learners.
