The Guidelines for developing the management of network partners of educational institutions under the Office of the Promotion of Non-Formal and Informal Education Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To study the administrative conditions of the network of educational institutions under the Office of the Promotion of Non-Formal and Informal education. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 2) To present guidelines for developing the management of the network of educational institutions under the Office of the Promotion of Non-Formal and Informal education. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The research method is divided into 2 steps 1) Study of the management of network partners of educational institutions Under the Office of the Promotion of Non-Formal and Informal Education Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, 165 people. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with            a confidence value of 0.98 Statistics used in data analysis included percentages, means, and standard deviations.

The results of the research found that 1) The management conditions of the network of

educational institutions under the Office of the Promotion of Non-Formal and Informal Education Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Overall it is at a high level. The side with the highest average is Coordination And the aspect with the lowest average is monitoring and evaluation and                2) Guidelines for developing the management of network partners of educational institutions under the Office of the Promotion of Non-Formal and Informal Education Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province divided into 5 areas as follows (1) Planning, for example, educational institutions, must provide, a curriculum, regarding personnel, operations. Network partners are coordinated to determine guidelines for personnel development according to the curriculum.

(2) Organization, such as educational institutions must analyze and determine the roles of network partners who play a role in promoting. (3) Arrangement of roles and responsibilities, for example, educational institutions must provide a curriculum regarding the performance of personnel.  Network partners are coordinated to determine guidelines for personnel development according to the curriculum. (4) Coordination, for example, educational institutions must have operational planning. Defining projects together with network partners Encourage network partners to support the operations of educational institutions according to the conditions and context of network partners. (5) Monitoring and evaluation, for example, educational institutions must organize clarification meetings. To create an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of network partners in participating in supervision, monitoring, and evaluation.
