Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study of participatory management in preventing and solving drug problems According to immunity measures of the school expanding educational opportunities Under the jurisdiction of the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2, by the scope of variables which has involved participation in the work of preventing and solving drug problems in all 4 areas: 1) Participation in planning 2) Participation in operations 3) Participation in monitoring and evaluation and 4) Participation in receiving benefits. the population includes 45 educational institution administrators, 45 teachers who are responsible for preventing and solving drug problems. The researcher used all demographic data as informants. The tool used to collect data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The consistency value was between 0.8 - 1.0, the confidence value was 0.924. Statistics used in data analysis included mean and standard deviation.

When considering each aspect, it was found that the participation aspect received benefits. It has the highest average value first. which is at the highest level, followed by participation in planning which is at a high level The last part is Participation in monitoring and evaluation and at the same high level.
