Abstract

The objectives of this dissertation were 1) to study the present states and problems of digital citizenship in school administration of primary education 2) to develop digital citizenship model in school management according to buddhist of elementart school administrators, and 3) to propose the digital citizenship model in school management according to buddhist of elementart school administrators. The mixed t research methodology was used in the study. The Quantitatiive research,the samples consisting collected from 397 samples consisting of school directors, deputy and teachers by using questionnaires.The data were analyzed by content analysis, centage, mean, standard deviation. The qualitative research by documen purposive in-depth interviews with 5 experts, experiment the model of balance school administration focus group discussions with 10 experts according ning of school by semina.

Results were shown as follows:

The present states and problems of digital citizenship in school administration of primary education 1) Protect Yourself and Others 2) Educate Yourself and Other 3) Respect Yourself and Others
The development develop digital citizenship model in school management according to buddhist of elementart school administrators was at a maximum level overall. In the descending order, it started with utility, accuracy followed by suitability, and feasibility respectively.
Digital citizenship model in school management according to buddhist of elementart school administrators consists of 3 components; 1) Principles, mentioning the importance of digital citizenshi in school administration and sappurisa shamma used in school for efficiency. 2) Objective, give importance to personnel in their work. 3) Process of digital citizenship in school management according to buddhist, that presents a management Components of digital citizenship integrated with sappurisa dhamma management according to buddhist of elementart school administrators . And from the study, knowledge get the Semantic Model, it is the PERS MODEL that will be useful in further management.
